HONG KONG THERAPISTS HONORED BY NEURO-IFRAH ORG FOR ASSISTING IN ARRANGING CONTINUING EDUCATION TO ADVANCE CLINICAL PRACTICE IN THE TREATMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS EFFECTED BY A STROKE OR BRAIN INJURY IN HONG KONG

  Ms. Stella Cheng is currently the part-time Professor of Practice (PoP) in Occupational Therapy of the Rehabilitation Sciences Departn1ent in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In addition, she is the President of the Asia Pacific Occupational Therapy Regional Group and the Hong Kong Delegate to the World Federation of Occupational Therapists. She had been the Chairperson of the Hong Kong Occupational Therapy Association from 2018 to 2024 and is now the Publicity Secretary of the Association.


Ms. Cheng had worked in the public hospitals in Hong Kong for over 35 years after she graduated from the Occupational


Therapy Program of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has attended a few Neuro-lFRAH® courses and is greatly


inspired by Mr. Waleed Al-Oboudi, the Neuro-lFRAHR® approach Originator. In order to facilitate more Occupational


Therapists in Hong Kong to learn this important approach, she helps to coordinate and organize the Neuro-lFRAH® training


courses in Hong Kong.
