Neuro-IFRAH Instructor

Hazel M. Falmarin is a certified Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® who teaches Introduction courses for therapists and nurses, Intermediate, Certification courses on a national level. Her training was completed under the direction of Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR, who is the originator of Neuro-IFRAH®. Hazel works for Geisinger HealthSouth Rehabilitation in PA since 1994. She is currently working for Good Shepherd Out patient rehab (neuro department). She is also teaching Neuro Rehabilitation courses nationwide for the HealthSouth Clinical Education Department. Her experience involves a diverse population which includes neurologically involved patients from the acute phase through the long term phase and out patient setting.
